Of course I would recommend AV Flexologic because it's a reliable partner and it's a very good product. In the future I see a lot of opportunities. We will still keep mounting on the MOM because we are very happy with it. I don't think we will shift to another.

We have invested in a new mounter because it can mount faster and the quality is very good. So, our customers are very happy with the printing plates. On the Flatmount, you can mount 30% faster than on a round machine. It is also possible to get a Quality Report for the customer.

Investing money in the SAMM 2.0 1300 was a great decision! The SAMM 2.0 is a perfect combination of innovations that ensure better quality and higher productivity. Thanks to incredible precision of the SAMM the productivity in the prepress department is very high. The SAMM 2.0 mounts plates extremely fast, it takes only from 60 to 40 minutes for a 10 colors job. Besides, it's operator independent and very easy to use.

I would like to thank AV for the best support from your engineer during his visit at our company. His support, working and empathy for our working with FAMM machines in our production it is at a very high level and helped us to adjust the machine so that it started to mount straight again and most importantly precisely. He checked all the machinery and retrained our technicians and electricians and set a plan for three-month / six-month machine maintenance.

Segers & Balcaen, a family-owned business situated in Liedekerke, Belgium, specializes in the production of flexible packaging and technical films. Elopak supplies over 800 markets and they are currently using 3 FAMMs in their plant in the Netherlands. They only use one operator for the 3 machines per shift. The original Optimount allowed us to mount multicolor jobs to tighter tolerances, giving our customers the confidence that the plates would register perfectly on press. We recently upgraded to the latest technology, integrating software-driven coordinate-based mounting directly from PrePress. With this upgrade, our tolerances are even tighter, and our efficiency and throughput have increased significantly, allowing us to enhance our capacity.

We built a new Flexo factory at Demax DPI. Of course the Automatic Mounting Machine SAMM is a part of our production process. There are 17 print units on the press and the SAMM is saving a lot of time for work preparation!
