Managing Director
Martijn has been a part of AV Flexologic since 2005. Working alongside his father, he has introduced groundbreaking technologies, such as patented solutions for SAMM 3.0 or FAMM 3.0. or RoboCELL, that earned the company its second FTA Technical Innovation Award in 2023. Most recently in 2026 he has won the Prins Friso Ingenieursprijs award.

Our History
AV Flexologic is part of the Color Control Group, a privately owned group of companies in the Netherlands, owned by the Otten family. Piet and Martijn, father and son, run their business with high attention to detail and care for every customer.
Their passion for innovation evolved the flexographic industry with the introduction of the Semi and Fully Automatic mounting machines in 2005. Since then, AV Flexologic improved the level of automation in every product in the portfolio and continuously innovates to provide ergonomic solutions.
